We recently did a long-distance move to Chatham in the middle of winter, and Dane and the team were incredibly helpful and accomodating. We had very limited times when we could make the trip to view houses, and Dane was able to set us up with a lot of good options. He was knowledgeable of the pros and cons of each neighborhood, and helped us spot bonuses and potential problems we wouldn't even have thought to look for. We felt well looked after, and confident that even though we weren't able to be there, everything was under control.
