As a Graphic Designer supplying logos/graphics for a client my experience is that they are very poor communicators through email. They don't respond professionally to email communications or don't reply at all. Their poor service doesn't give me confidence my client will be receiving their imprinted products as they requested.

The man who answered the phone was completely rude and ignorant, even going as far as hanging up on me when I said I felt like I was pulling teeth trying to get answers. I don't know how it works or what information you need, that's why I am calling in the first place, not to be left feeling like a fool for calling to get a service done. I don't know if he is the owner but he needs some training in customer service, or hire someone that will take the time to answer the questions professionally and with some kindness, provide all the information up front and make you feel like they want your business, not like you're interrupting their day. I'm embarrassed to have called this company.

The man who operates this business has 0 idea of customer service and has 0 people skills. My wife has been endeavoring to get a quote for 4 days. The man has lied, changed his promised delivery times (same day quotes my *ss). He has been rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. His last promise was a quote for "first thing" this morning, but his day has ended with no quote provided. She went to an out of town vendor who bent over backwards to serve her, with a quote which she approved delivered within an hour. That's customer service! This guy should take some lessons.
