    Absolutely horrible customer service. Google didnt specify what products he works with so when I asked if he is familiar with LG products his response was basically a laugh in my face saying uhhhh yeah thats what I do.. when I explained the problem I was having he cut me off when I was speaking, he told me to buy a new tv. When I was explaining what I read on google the issue could be he said he didnt care what google said buy a new tv. I told him his customer service tone was awful and that I would not be needing his service. You would think with covid and our economy he would appreciate good people wanting to support local and support his buisness. The way he speaks to his customers and his tone is extremly disrespectful and degrading and I would tell anyone to take their hard earned money anywhere else. I can appreciate a professional telling his customers that they are better off to buy a new tv but when you are spoken to in the tone and manner he uses? I wouldnt suggest this business at all, and if he is a tech and not the manager. The manager should know that his techs are running off his customers

    Horrible. Called about a TV repair and all he could say was buy a new TV without asking any questions about the issue. So rude. Please dont even waste your time calling.

    Didnt seem friendly upon answering, could hardly hear him for the wind in the background and all I could hear him say was buy a new TV sorry, did you not want the business? I was under the impression I was calling a repair store? I was looking for some expert advice where maybe theyd at least try to diagnose the issue or offer some type of help. Would not recommend. - at least pretend to care when someone calls for help, thatd be a great start lol

    Just called for the FIRST (and last) time about an issue I am having with my old TV that I would like to be fixed (since I don't exactly have the funds for a NEW TV) and long story short.... Not professional Not compassionate Did NOT let me finish speaking and talking about my TV issue Did NOT give me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix Just told me to "Buy a New TV" and basically ended the call right there On their website it says "Dedicated to providing excellent, friendly and timely service to our customers" with my FIRST time experience it was the complete opposite and I didn't even get to be a customer yet! It may cost me more to get my TV fixed but you would think as a business they would want that opportunity. I can definitely say I will NOT be calling again or asking for their service!
