The other day I locked my keys in my car. I'm from out of town and was freaking out a bit. I called Dave Cragg's Towing and told me here would be there is 30 minutes. He was there in 20 minutes at most. He cracked a few jokes that made me feel better about this situation. I would definitely use his services agian.

I honestly wish I could give less than one star if I could. I have never had a worse experience with a tow truck driver in my life. No other tow companies were open so I had called the OPP non emergency to see what to do. The officer let me know that he had gotten someone to come and change my tire (gone flat, reason for calling). When the driver arrived he said he would take a card payment (debit or credit). After saying one sec to move some money around he said that he only took cash payment. This happened maybe 3 minutes after him saying he took card payments. He then said that it would cost more than what he originally said if I had wanted to still get towed. This is absolutely ridiculous!! He then drove away after I had called the officer back to inform him of what was going on.
