I found my experience here atrocious.. I attended with questions about my phone ... the young lady attended at a locked door prohibiting my entrance and held a sign saying show id I was wearing a id badge with name and photo around my neck for work and she just continued to hold sign .. I showed my licence and was allowed entry they lady knew little of my request and really didn't help me all... I left there feeling ashamed of subscribing to this company and it has left me feeling I may change phone companies , I am a 63 yr old professional male... very dejected with rogers

I have dealt with Rogers a few times and not once has any of the employees made me feel unwelcome or disrespected. The times I have went in for a question, they are always so patient and kindly walk you through it with you to make sure you dont leave disappointed. I give a lot of gratitude to these employees for everything they do.
