Volkswagen Chatham

Amended review: Rarely does a company take the time to individually respond to reviews, Jamie called and explained some of the challenges they face, as well as some changes they are making. VW Chatham has excellent customer service and can now see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Old review: Everyone was friendly, however a prebooked oil change took 2hours and 20 minutes, when I was told it would be an hour. Be aware if you have time commitments outside of your oil change, as I did. I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick up the kids from school. Cost was on the high end, I was quoted $156 for an oil change at Jiffy Lube but they had no filters until the following week, and I dont like waiting. My bill was $219 at Volkswagon Chatham for 5x longer wait and the same basic service. So I give this a very fragile 3 out of 5, everyone was smiling, the employees all seemed to talk to each other and get along, so it must be a decent place.

I am so happy I made the drive out to Chatham. Paul, Drew, and Dave were nothing but welcoming. We told Paul what our budget was and we stayed within it. He was so patient and kind. He did not try to change our minds. He went with exactly what we wanted. I am so happy. I will never buy from anywhere else. The process was so easy.

My family and I purchased a vehicle very recently at this dealership. The salesman I spoke with was very polite, it was obvious that he takes pride in his job(Paul). Due to this, we felt as if he had our best intentions. Therefore, we made a 4 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. I'm confident to say that this Dealership, and it's Management stands by their word. We will definitely give them another opportunity when the time comes to make an additional purchase. Cheers to the open road!

We just completed the purchase and delivery of a 2021 Tiguan. Our salesperson, Nicole , was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
