I had been using another Walk-In for yrs until they shut down so this was my 1st time here. From the time of my virtual "check in" at the kiosk until leaving was 56 minutes. The practitioner that provided service was awesome, he took his time before having the virtual visit with the Doctor. I think it was a great experience and left feeling that my needs were fully met

Went to see someone and they couldn't help me because there is no doctor on site, just students, what is the point of a clinic if they tell you to go to another clinic

Worst place for being opened on a Saturday or Sunday been there 4 times and closed even though website says it's open .Never again.

Online wait times said 55 minutes, but I was in and out within 25 minutes. Very quick. Very professional.

Went in about noon, used their sign in touchscreen, received verification email, verified it, they say go away and wait for call/email, never heard from them again. After 6 hours I went to hospital ER, made it through and still havent heard from Appletree. They are open until 9pm. Its 9:15pm now. Communication is all thats needed for a chance to be understanding.
