I bought a trailer last year and had an issue with a part. I emailed my original order and Ashley was very helpful. They had new parts shipped to my house withing a couple of days, and they did not gouge me on the price. Thanks for the great service.

Disappointed. They advertised Free Shipping, 15% discount while watching their video of the Thor/Monster 96" tool chest and then, an added 5% discount via email the next day, if you leave this item in your cart. I decided to order it. NOT SO! The best they can do is 12% off and I'd have to pay $400 to ship to GTA. Owner/manager don't even reply to any of the three emails I'd sent them.What kind of company creates promotions on their own website, and change everything at checkout? NOT THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH. I have screenshots of all of these facts. It's shameful business practice, not to mention, against the law..

Great guys. Price is really good. To be honest. I didnt expect such good quality at this price point. Tool box is beautiful and very well made. Extremely happy with this purchase. Ordered it in the evening. Was at my doorstep the following morning. Delivery guys were awesome, helped me out it together (wheels) so we could get it in the garage. Highly recommended!!
