Jenn is the most kindness most compassionate person I have ever met. She is an amazing teacher and mentor. I would recommend her yoga, meditation classes and her mentor programs to anyone that is looking to feel better and have an over all positive outlook on life

I have worked with Jen on and off for years and shes really helped me with my self esteem and empowering me as a young woman! Ive been involved in her yoga and meditation classes, Ive left feeling refreshed and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Shes guided me with my inner light work as well as helped me with traumas and self love!! Highly recommend kind caring compassionate and full of love and light !

Simply the best! Thats what comes to mind! I have taken her yoga classes which never disappoint, she was the first instructor that has ever taken the time to make sure I was doing the poses correctly. Her classes can be relaxing or challenging depending on the class but you always leave feeling your best! The energy she sends out in her classes is something everyone needs to experience for themselves. I have also attended a few of her workshops and keep going back for more. You have to put the work in but she gives you all the tools and more to get to where you want/need to be in life. I will continue to take her workshops whenever possible. I have had a clearing session with Jen and it was beautiful! Its calming and energetic and you dont notice it at first but one day you will see a subtle shift in things, like you wont be triggered by a certain issue or what would once cause an insecurity is no long there! She is dedicated to helping people become their most authentic self without judgement which I feel we all need a little more of! Thank you Jenn!

When I first met jen I was carrying around a lot of pain and trauma from previous relationships. I had dreams of calling in a sacred partnership and starting a family and that all felt so far out of reach for me. Through working with jen, doing countless healing and clearing sessions, yoga and workshops I was able to better understand my energy and clear away blockages holding me back from those things. I now have a beautiful family. Taking courses and workshops with jen are nothing short of amazing. She has helped me tap into my gifts and reveal things I never thought were possible. Jen is a beautiful soul, a guiding light. Her energy is contagious. She is amazing to be around and I feel blessed to be able to learn and grow with her.

I have to thank this beautiful heart for all she has done and taught me over the years. For more than ten years she has been a teacher and a friend. Without her inspiration I would not be who I am today. Yoga has taught me discipline and self care. Jennifer has taught me self love and honor myself. She will provide you with assistance and the proper tools wherever healing is needed in your life. The seed will be planted and watch yourself grow!
