While I was picking up cat food, I stopped to browse the toys looking for a specific type my cats like. I couldn't find any, but a passing staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful; not only did she locate the type of toy I wanted at a different location, a few days later she called me to let me know she brought it over to this location for me. Incredible customer service, and I really appreciated it.
