Boston Pizza

For the first, second and third time being here all within the past year, my partner and I have left without getting food but arriving with the intention of doing so. First occasion the waitress took around 40 mins to arrive at the table to take our order and another 20 to deliver the drinks afterwards. Second occasion sat for an entire third period of hockey not once seeing a waitress after being seated (ended up leaving). Third occasion we were sat and not seen afyer sitting for around half an hour to the point we were so frustrated we left. My partner and I both work in the restaurant industry so we are both extremely understanding with wait times but the servers and wait times at this establishment are frankly embarrassing.

Great time at Boston Pizza Cobourg! We came with over 60 people for a hockey team dinner and we had great service and the manager was great to check in on us multiple times to make sure all was going well. We'll definitely be back!

Not happy with customer service and food quality was not that great! 0 star for this store. Plates were not clean. Vegetarian options: Not good

I had the beef dip and it was horrible. Took a hour to get food. Meat was from a bag tougher than hell. Next day spent the whole morning sick. Ill never go to another Boston pizza as long as I live.
