Came 5 min before closing, the door was already closed. Staff, blonde lady, opened the door to say that they already cleaned the grill and were not going to make pita. Horrible!

I used to come to this location at least once a week, and while many times I'd come while the manager was working which resulted in much better service and quality. Unfortunately the past few times , she has not been there, while some of the employees seem happy, more often than not they seem rather frustrated and unhappy. I order the exact same thing every time , and most of the time I am satisfied but usually depends on who is making it. I find that when I order extra meat , they tend to try and pick it up in one go which always tends to drop a few chunks of meat, and when paying almost 18 for a pita it's kind of frustrating to lose like 1/8th of the meat due to rushing. As much as I enjoy Pitas , I can't see myself spending 20 dollars as regular as I did for this type of service.
