Very bad service and speed of service is terrible. There was only girl who working. Need to hire more people

We came to take out order before 9 PM and they did not open the door. We waited 10-15 mins outside the store but they did not respond to us even they are inside the store. We came far from specially eat Mexican food. You can see my brother standing out side for getting response.
