Unbelievable!! The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. We bought a new car so we told McKee we needed to pick up the old tires and exchange them for the new ones. As they werent open Saturday we went in on Friday, got the old tires and advised them we would be back again on Monday with the new tires. We showed up Monday only to be told there was no room! I spoke to the manager Shawn who basically said they were short staffed and moving storage units (basically we dont want your business) so sorry you werent advised that you couldnt bring the new tires back. We actually were not even selling the old tires with the old car so if we had known we wouldnt have taken them out!!!Must be nice to make so much money you dont need long standing clients to stay with you! I am quite frankly appalled! Over and out.

Called the day prior looking for 1 specific tire for my cargo trailer and they had it in stock which I was surprised after calling 4 other stores around Barrie. The lady I spoke too was pleasant and helpful. They booked me in the following day first thing to replace my tire and I also got a tire rotation for my truck. Speedy service, very helpful.
