I want to give a massive shout out to Allen and the crew in the service centre. I went in early Thursday morning with a blown ball bearing, after being in the previous week for another issue with my Altima. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had that day, and fixed the issue in ONLY 45 minutes while I waited! Allen even offered to lend me his personal car to drive to Toronto if my car couldn't get fixed in time! An incredible group of people who I just wanted to recognize!

Just picked up my brand new 2023 Nissan Z, after waiting two years for it to come in, I helped my brother in law out and purchased it for him. I purchased this vehicle to keep in pristine and undriven condition, only to find a poorly detailed vehicle with many scratches and the transportation glue residue from the plastic all over the car. I was greeted by Steve the manager, whose exact words to the remedy, if you dont want it, I can write you a cheque for the money back. For one of the most expensive Nissans made and supposedly the only one they have received, they are incapable of delivering a brand new in perfect condition. Just spent $70000 on this vehicle and I cant explain how I was treated and how the issues were addressed. All in all if you dont care how you get your car this is the place for you!
