I required a home appraisal to be done and Greg Syrota not only provided the report to me but he did it in just one day. I wasn't surprised to be honest, as my family and I have had a number of experiences of buying homes through the Greg Syrota Team. I have personally referred Greg Syrota to my entire family as well as friends. His character is reflected in his work ethic and personality. I can't say enough to highlight the credibility that this Team embraces. I wouldn't hesitate to use Greg again for our future needs. The Syrota Team is second to none in my opinion. Tracie is amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional and patient, which came through as she helped us with the sale of our first home, and in turn the purchase of our second. She was beyond accommodating in taking us to view a number of homes within our price range, as well as contacting townships pertaining to possible permits that would be needed at certain locations, and whether they were even feasible. I would , and do, recommend Tracie to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell their home. She made a high stress time for us so easy and painless.
