        I had my truck booked for in a harsh transmission shifting issue so I dropped it off the night before for service. During the day the loaner vehicle I had from my neighbour needed to be returned to the owner by 12pm. Around 11am I called Hanna's explaining the situation as I was in a pinch. Service Advisor said the truck was scheduled to be looked at for 1pm but said he would see what could be done. He called back within 30 minutes saying the truck was fixed ready for pickup now. I got the loaner returned to the neighbour in time and picked up my truck right after. Stellar service and the problem has been fixed!

        I got a very low trade in value for my beautiful Ranger & my Explorer. After losing my husband a week before - NO deals at all. Bought an Escape. Less than a month later, its in for a NEW motor. Spoke with Scott who did NOTHING at all about this.!!!!!!!!
