Classic Cougar & Mustang Parts

Ordered parts for a customer's car in August. Paid for them. The parts did not come in when promised and they lied about the arrival date. After 8 unsuccessful attempts to talk with someone I figured they have no customer service at all. Do not buy anything from them. I am waiting for a refund after cancelling the order. They do not return any calls after leaving messages.

I ordered a bunch of parts for my 68 mustang on March 5th. I was told the parts would be here within two weeks. Its now October 20th . Its been almost 8 months and the parts are still not here with no explanation. After many attempts to contact John, I realize that he basically stole my money with no intention to reimburse me. My credit card company has been contacted and theyre looking into the matter. If this doesnt work, legal action will the taken. If I could give this business zero stars I would.

I ordered parts from him October 20 2021 and have not received them .and its December 16th. Be hardly ever answers his phone. When he does he keeps saying they will be in next week. Ive even emailed him and he barley responds when he does its oh sorry Im out of town.I finally had him to agree to send parts he said he had but he never sent them . I would never order from this person again , I have contacted my credit card to get a refund.

Ordered parts in mid May, 2021. Still haven't received them. I was told one month, it has now been 3. Never answers or returns calls once he gets your money, when you do get ahold of him he pushes delivery to "next week". If I could provide 0 stars, I would, as the service that was paid for was never received, and he now avoids my calls for the past 3 weeks.
