        I called them for information for a part for an oven. Guy on the phone just answered "hello", asked if I had reached Toronto Bakery Equipment, he said "depends what you want", asked if I had the correct number, he refused to answer my question and said if that's the only question I had that he couldn't help me, then hung up on me. I double checked if I had the correct number and I did. Bizarre and unprofessional.
