Feels a bit cramped with all the high-stacked shelving of shoes throughout the store. Staffer at the cash was very helpful; searched in their system for size availability at other locations.

Staff were nice but return policy is misleading. It was not clear when purchasing online that the shoes I was buying on sale were final sale. I will not be buying their shoes again nor recommending this company to my friends & family

I've been shopping here for many years but my latest visit has left me never wanting to return to this location. My mother approached a new male employee (...Latino? Filipino?)and said hi and he just stared at her with a blank look upon his face. No smile or nod of acknowledgment. Just a blank, creepy stare. As we browsed, the other employees slowly stalked us throughout the store, eyeing us suspiciously; narrow eyed and lips thinned into a distrustful line. I understand it's employees jobs to ensure people don't steal. But this was beyond excessive. It was extremely off-putting. I approached the same man who ignored my mum, brushing it off as weird misunderstanding and intent on asking for help, when he literally RAN AWAY FROM ME. He bolted, scurrying to the back of the store near the stock room, his dark eyed stare unrelenting as he continued to watch me through the gaps in the shelves and followed me as I moved away. ... I was stunned by his behaviour. I never encountered an employee who behaved like this; Was I mistaken? Was he just some creep loitering in the store? A white employee with a pixie cut (buzz cut?) and glasses was standing nearby and I approached her, explaining his unsettling behaviour. Her eyes narrowed with irritation. "He works here..." she spoke slowly, her tone full of snark. I just took my mom and left the hostile employees. I miss when the employees were nice and friendly and eager to help. They were fun and easy going and were always so lovely and welcoming. This was a store I always loved visiting. Now me and my mum were treated like thieves and made to feel extremely uncomfortable.
