Knowledgeable staff, was surprised to see him alone for such a big place. Beautiful quartz and a very large warehouse that is open to the public. The showroom has great size large slabs on display. Small samples can be taken for free.

Buyers beware of Stone on the Go and Vicostone. Ive had the worst experience with them from start to finish with our quartz countertop. Installed in December and already has a huge crack. My daughter pulled up with her hands in the corner over the lazy Suzanne to see what was on top of the counter (did not get on top). I reached out to both companies and neither will take accountability since they claim the fault is pressure. Even after the Vicostone rep came out and stated several issues with how it was fabricated and installed (no seam in the corner, big gap under requiring support and issues with the overhang lip). They are offering 50% off the cost of replacement quartz and install. So now Id have to pay for half the cost of a new slab of quartz and risk damage to my completed kitchen and backsplash all because my child was curious. I could apply more pressure by leaning on the counter than she did pulling up. Families deserve better, companies need to be accountable for poor products and installation. Reply to Vicostones comment: The exaggeration made by both Stone on the Go and Vicostone that my daughter got on top of and jumped on the quartz countertop is not factual and used as an excuse to justify their lack of action and compensation for poor product make/install. My 5 year old who weighs 30lb and is 40 tall wanted to see what was on top of the counter. She pulled up with her hands on the quartz for 5 sec, long enough to see the plate of cooked pancakes on top. It took that simple light weight action to crack their product. I repeat do not purchase their products or deal with Stone on the Go. Neither will back their warranty/service. Families deserve better!

Great quality and amazing customer service. Got the quartz for our kitchen countertops and backsplashes a couple years now and it still look brand new. I visited all the stores around Richmond Hill and Vaughan and couldn't find the right one until I found Vicostone. They had stunning selections and the quality is superb. The owner took good care of my business and it was a great experience working with professionals like him who really care. You should definitely go to Vicostone for your countertops/backsplashes. You're gonna love it.
