I used Elements Design & Renovations to supply and install all of the cabinetry in our custom built home in the Yonge and york mills area. We ordered a custom kitchen, bathroom vanities, a wall unit, library, and closet organizers. We chose this company based on referrals that we received, and let me tell you that we were not disappointed! They met every expectation from quality of cabinetry to delivering on time and they were also flexible with some of my very picky requests. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were very personable. There were a couple of minor mistakes, however they looked after them right away and kept our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for custom cabinets and i would use them again.

Run. Don't walk away. We bought custom cabinetry from this vendor as they were personable, their display kitchens looked great and they would customize it to our specific needs. They promised to meet our delivery deadline too - great! Not only did they NOT meet our deadline (they more than doubled it), there was ZERO communication. We had to HOUND them and I honestly think the only reason we got them on the phone from time to time was because we caught them by surprise. They made all sorts of excuses but I feel strongly it was strictly procrastination. ZERO communication. We merely wanted an update. I cannot recommend this business. I'm sorry, it was a very painful experience.
