DKNY

I came to DKNY with my mother as we had to buy some things for an upcoming trip. The service we received was truly outstanding. Victor and Cheyenne went out of their way to provide many options for both my mother and I. They knew about fits, silhouettes and trends and made our shopping trip both easy and enjoyable. These days you dont see young people going out of their way to make a connection with the older generations however these two fabulous employees made us feel like regulars. We will absolutely make DKNY a regular stop on our mall trips from now on. -Nina Lynne J.

Awesome store and very friendly staff. My sister and I went shopping at DKNY in Vaughan Mills. We were guided by Daniella who was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

The manager that was working on 1/9/2022 was beyond disrespectful and what can only be described as useless! a medium height, brown hair and brown eyed, light skin, woman. A call was made on 1/8/2021 and the person working that night said that the item I was inquiring about would be put on hold, for pick up the following day. Once at the store, the manager not only said noting was on hold, but did not even offer for a solution or help with what we were there for. For a management role, they have placed an individual with the least skills of any human interaction let alone management.
