We recently had 3 load barring walls removed at our house and replaced with one new LVL and two new steel beams. Raouf and his crew were amazing! They completed the entire project one day earlier than expected and did not leave behind a single spot of debris or dust. Any obstacles along the way were addressed immediately with the correct course of action. I had a load bearing wall removed from the main floor of my home, which made it totally open concept. This was a complex project as the upper floor is smaller than my main floor and the existing load bearing needed to be removed and replaced with a much larger beam. The contractor was professional and kept me informed of every step through the process. The cost of the project ended up being higher than originally anticipated and the timing of the project was extended but given the complexity of the project, it was fairly reasonable. The contractor communicated with the engineer and the City to arrange for inspection and remained on site throughput most the process. They kept the job site clear of debris on a daily basis. They also recommended other contractors for the remainder of the project (kitchen and general contractor), whose prices were quite reasonable as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this contractor.

When my husband and I discovered our home renovation would require structural work, we knew that hiring the right company would be extremely important. From the first point of contact Raouf impressed me with an immediate call back and requesting a site visit. He came to look at the potential project in person, which was a noticeable difference from other companies we have contacted right off the hop.He then provided us with a complete itemized quote and once hired continued to go back and forth with us with updates as far as timing and preparation. The price was reasonable, but it was his service-oriented nature that won us over. He also communicated directly with our engineer whenever necessary to discuss several changes that came once the work began. We had to live in our house with our small kids while the work was being done and can attest that each day Raouf and his team went over and above to ensure that the site was clean and safe for our family to continue to function with our typical day-to-day activities.I felt an immediate sense of relief and trust in him and his team once I saw their work ethic each day.There was also a major structural issue in our house that was noticed by Raouf.We had no choice but to lean heavily on his knowledge and expertise to recommend a solution that could satisfy the engineers requirements and was also affordable. Once again, we were relieved as the process and final outcome exceeded our expectations. The work ethic and professionalism of him and his team was unlike any tradespeople Ive ever worked with before. We had an unsightly wall breaking up our living room space and wanted to remove it, but realized it was load bearing and wanted an expert to take care of the job. Raouf and his team were really helpful in planning and executing our load bearing wall removal. He was very knowledgeable about the structure of the house and made some helpful recommendations. The job was done on time and the team was super clean and careful about protecting the house from dust. The place looks so wide and open now and city inspection was passed with no issue.
