Alpha Convenience

This place is a scam. They operate a website with many product varieties for sale but in actuality, do not have the product (i.e. sheds, gazebos, fireplaces) how the heck are they getting away with this scam? Then ask for your money back and be told there is a "processing fee" to get it. Also, look at the storefront ... You think this hole in the wall is selling all of the products they are advertising at alphaoutlets.ca?? I think not. Total scam.

Horrible experience! Totally not the first time too. I dropped off two return packages on Monday to be shipped back by two different shipping providers. First the girl didnt scan in my packages so I went back the next day and they finally scanned them in to their system to be picked up. today is Thursday and my packages are still at the convenience store not picked up by either shipping provider. I went in yesterday to ask him why my packages are still there he got angry and told me its not his fault and its the company that needs to send a driver to pick up my packages.

UPS left my package at this place and I didn't set it. I went there and it's supposed to be open but is closed! I called UPS they redirected my package home which will take two business days!!! I waited over a month for this package and now again delays!. UPS should be blamed too like I did not set any access point so why not redeliver...and not bring to access point.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a shed from them on May 9th. No phone number so you can't talk to anyone. They told me that they were waiting on the item and it was on back order. I finally went to the store on August 9th and canceled the order.
