First Canadian Construction Group, renovated our house and they did an excellent and professional job. They are so fair, polite and on time. I strongly recommend First Canadian Construction Group to anyone who is planning to do any Construction or renovation jobs. You won't be regret. We are so happy with their performance. and they did an excellent job

We hired FCC group to renovate washrooms/kitchen and garage at our house. Unfortunately, there were deficiencies left that required remediation. Some were attended however some remained . It was disappointing since completed work was still under warranty when we made service calls( for some, we were even advised that there were life time warranty ), yet contractor either gave schedule which was never met or did not even respond to our numerus calls in regards to issues we were experiencing with renovated area. Unfortunately, before getting the projects, contractor was very responsive and assuring that in case of any warranty issues, it will be taken care of it right away. However after the work was done, quality and warranty services that was promised were never met. I strongly suggest before finishing any projects, make sure to conduct detailed inspection . Since once project is completed, it is hard to schedule and get a hold of team for any warranty/deficient work.

Mike and his incredibly capable team did our kitchen renovation. They offered the best price, quoted the most reasonable time to completion and price. It sounded a little too good to be true but now that the project is done, we can honestly say that we are incredibly thankful to have met this fine gentleman and his crew. They built our dream kitchen and stayed within the quoted time and budget. They showed up on time every day, and did not leave until they got their many tasks for the day completed. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day and were always very courteous and respectful to us and treated our home with care. Mike was always available in person, by phone, or by text message for our questions and new project requests even into the evenings and weekends. This is very rare for contractors. He made us feel like we were his only customer, despite leading many projects across the GTA at the same time. Highly recommended and thank you Mike and team!!!
