        It seems to be a common practice for Sharpco to rip you off when you return an item. 5 months ago I purchased a router bit ( $200+). Made a mistake on the order and returned with the intent to get the correct bit. Never even opened the package. To this day no refund at all. I have talked to Joe and he always has an excuse. I highly recommend not dealing with this company!!! Because of this review, 4 years later now I was contacted by Joe because he wanted to settle the issue. He asked for my invoice number, 4 years later! Asked for my information, looked it up and said he had no record of the purchase. Real funny!
