The doors are fine, except they arrived damaged. In addition, the delivery truck spewed power-steering fluid all over the paved driveway for about 50'. The finger-pointing started quickly with Royal blaming Toolbox, the delivery company not taking responsibility, with me, the client, stuck in the middle. The position Royal has taken is weak and lacks a 'client service' focus. Royal contracted Toolbox. They shouldn't leave me to fight for restitution with their delivery company. Not happy overall...

Excellent Quality and Service!! We have been installing custom wood doors by Royal Door for over 20 years, from Solid Wood (exterior grade, hundreds of pounds) used indoors and out for the big bosses palace, to the 2 panel shaker for my own castle this fall. If you want Quality Wood Doors, Royal Door will Build It!! At an average of 4 weeks from order to pickup, being made with local labour and quality, this is great!! I bet your local big box cant get you a custom wood door in that time.
