        Concord Baby went above and beyond for me. After I contacted them to let them know the great difficulty I was having ordering a conversion kit, they contacted me and dealt with it immediately. They worked right with Walmart, which is where I ordered from, to get me my item. After a month of waiting with no information on why my order was delayed, I am finally feeling confident I will receive my item shortly!
