Excellent service, excellent communication. I was very happy with my experience with the room measurements, and my in-store meeting to look at proposed furniture and chose my couch fabric. Delivery was also top notch.

Be careful ordering from them. I purchased a chandelier from them worked for 2 days and then stopped working had to call electrician to come take a look at it and he said it is malfunctioned. Called the store and they were ok to replace it for me. The replacement came not working again ( their electrician is the one who was installing it ) It tells so much about the product. So I called asking to change my order because I want to order a matching over the island lights and I dont feel confident ordering from the same manufacturer and their answer was NO They keep saying this is the first time they ever had issues which I think its a lie because what are the odds for first time happening to the same person twice! I went with this particular chandelier because I was promised to have it in 2 weeks and I had an event, now it has been more than 8 weeks and my event was cancelled. You guys lost a customer and Im telling everyone I know about this bad experience to warn them from dealing with you

A nightmare!!!!!!! Do not get fooled by the showroom, My husband Jessie and I purchased nearly $20,000 worth of furniture here, once the sale is done, they will not pick up your call, avoid you, and deliver your product months after what was initially understood. Moving on to the delivery of our products, we received our couch from them, the cotton is coming out within less than 2 months of owning it and the memory foam is also sticking out. They recently also delivered us a entrainment unit/console that is defective and has discolouration throughout, they have done nothing to resolve either issue and keep saying they are going to reach out to their manufacturer stay away from this place. Horrible service, horrible products. Waste of money, just go elsewhere and get the same thing for 1/4 if the price. Stay away!!!!
