Star Mattress and Furniture

Very bad experience.They showed us a picture of a sofa and delivered us a very different color .We refused to take it and they charged us $200 for the delivery for refunding. They have not mentioned the refund policy and was forcing us to take whatever they deliver.Very bad attitude as we have to argue for an hour to take it back.Please do not buy anything from here.

I bought a dreamstar mattress and box from her as well. The springs lasted 2 months and as of now one side of the mattress is completely flat with broken springs. The box is very cheap wood and won't be able to hold the mattress very well either. The beds are very cheap wood and will break on you. The beds don't come with enough screws to set up properly as you see from the pics resulting in breakage. These are pics from beds set up for customers. Be careful dealing with this woman. She will rip you off! I also worked with this store for quite some time. I set up all the products in the showroom as well as created the website for the store. The products are very cheap quality and won't last more than a few months. Most the reviews on here are within the first week of sale and some of them are her friends. She also whatsapp messaged me to give her a 5 star review. Steer clear of this woman. She will steal from you, cheap out on your pay and not pay you your money.

I found this company on Kijiji and inquired about a $400 sofa bed. They messaged me back with the dimensions and stated that they offered free delivery to my specific address. When I placed my order hours later, they charged me an extra $50 while admitting that just hours ago they said it was free. The female representative refused to let me speak to the owner and yelled repeatedly, "I speak for the owner" and hung up. If this company doesn't stand behind their word, I am certain that they would stand behind the quality of their products, or offer decent customer service to resolve any issue.

A lot of great high quality selections to choose from. Service was friendly and quick, while the price is great and cheap for what you are getting. Definitely would recommend for anyone that is looking for high quality furniture.
