They hire unlicensed truck drivers to also be unlicensed movers from a crooked Russian owned company that cuts a LOT of corners for their deliveries, use temp workers until they suffer from injury and toss them aside.

Be careful when you order from them. They took the money and I did not get my chairs. Took me ages to get my money back . Bunch of useless staff by all measures

They charged me for shipping, claimed bankruptcy and said sorry we can't ship your item, go get it from your credit card and if you want your item come and get it yourself. They were back in business after just few weeks!!! What a shame! I'm not buying anything from them anymore.

Good products, terrible customer service! Over the years I have purchased many Artemano products (dining room table, coffee table, a bench as well as various accessories). When we had various delivery issues with our dining room table as well as the matching bench we called customer service and after a long and tough fought battle, Artemano provided us with a $500 credit. A few months later when we tried to redeem our credit, we found out that Artemano was filing for bankruptcy and we received a letter from KPMG indicating that all outstanding accounts would be getting settled over the next year. Fast forward a year later and much to my surprise, Artemano is open for business again. When we called customer service to redeem our credit, we were notified that the former Artemano was purchased and that the new entity would not honor any credits from the previous ownership. The new ownership is happy to continue calling themselves Artemano so that they can tap into the existing customer base but they refuse to honor any credits that come with that name? I have spent probably close to $10,000 with this company but because of their shortsightedness and greed, I refuse to ever do business with them again. 0/10 would not recommend
