I recently bought Desk Bed from them , complete experience from time we booked the order to finally having it installed was very smooth , no surprises , we knew exactly what we are getting . During the installation , there was minor glitch , the top bar did not fit , because my room was not of standard height, so the team offered to have it altered at no cost Overall I am very happy with my purchase

I just purchased a Spaceformer and I love it, love it, love it. My new Spaceformer is amazing, beautiful, functional (dual) and awesome. The quality is what I was looking for. I can't say enough about it. What was also amazing, awesome and very rare these days was the customer service I received; specifically from Kaylie, Sabrina and Sean. From the moment I saw the item at the home show, I was impressed. I compared a few hiddenbed companies and I'm so glad that I definitely chose the right one. The quality of the item is worth every dollar and I'm very impressed with the people at Spaceformers. When I walked into the showroom, Sabrina provided me with all the information and then some because I'm not the easiest customer in the world and I know my stuff as I did my research before I walked in. I knew what material that is used, the different styles and options and therefore knew want I wanted. I then met Kaylie who also knew her product and what it offers. She handled me like a professional and like I was her only customer. Sabrina continued to answered every email and every telephone inquiry. The appointment was kept and Sean was on time and well prepared. Sean was outstanding and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He took care of the product and my home and worked through lunch to complete building my Spaceformer. Sean also took the time to instruct me on how to use and care for my Spaceformer. I am so impressed with Sean that I would request his services. When I recommend the Spaceformer to my family and friends, I will advise them to ask for Sean. Wait til they see it!
