It is one of the best decisions I made to hire Hormoz and the Oceanside team when working on a new build for McInnis Cement at Oshawa Harbor. I engaged Hormoz to build a number of structural steel elements and concrete work that was required to finish the build. He was on site to do the work as promised and did the work in a professional matter. I could not have asked for better results. I was lucky to find this team through a structural engineer, friend of mine who knew Hormoz from a long time. They saved me a lot of time. He came several times on site before he took over the project. He clarified all questions with myself and the Structural engineer so that there were no surprises on the work day. First of all he promised he would come and he did. There was 1.no delay on the project. 2.As well all his team were very professional on what they were doing. 3. They took the time and paid attention to even small detail of the job 4. had all the tools needed and did not ask us as Gen Contractors to rent this or that for them, they were ready for action. For sure I would get them again if i need them for steel work , welding etc. I highly recommend this team for your projects. Service: Steel building construction
