We bought a condo and were scheduled to meet with our design consultant on a Friday morning. We were greeted by the receptionist, Julia, who made sure we signed in, sanitized, wore our masks and followed their COVID-19 protocols. We were then met with Ida, our Design Consultant. Ida was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She helped us decide on options that were within our set budget. As first time home buyers, she made us feel very comfortable to turn down upgrades that we didn't consider as necessities. It didn't feel like she was trying to sell us anything, it genuinely felt like she cared about our budget, our taste and how much value our options added to our suite. Onto the options/products.. Greenpark Dcor left us really impressed with their outstanding "Standard" options. Their options and colors are very modern and of high quality. Their upgrade packages and prices are phenomenally affordable. For a 635sqft. Condo, we were able to pick out beautiful finishes and upgrade kitchen/bathroom(s) counter tops, kitchen/bathroom(s) cabinets, floor tiles, and vynil flooring with a modest budget of $5,200.00 (tax incl.) - this varies depending on your taste, size of suite/home, options available at the time of appointment and of course, your budget. Overall, highly recommend this place AND highly recommend working with Ida. We strongly believe that her expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness, helped us decide, love our choices and stay within our budget.
