I ordered this bag from their website and within 5 months the bag started to crack in places and the zippers started to tarnish as you can see from the pictures I posted and I take really good care of my belongings like Im very careful with everything I purchase and even if I wasnt for the price I paid this shouldnt happen. I paid 100$ for this bag and I contacted their customer support and I was sent a label to send it back to get a replacement bag of the same bag because they wouldnt give me my money back or give me store credit in the leastso I had no choice but to accept it but I didnt get around to be able to send the bag within the month so the label was past the due date to send it back so I was unable and so I tried to contact their customer service again and its been 4 months and I havent received a reply. Im now out 100$ and I dont have a bag to say for it this place gives vegans a bad name and their website wont even allow reviews so that says a lot about them. Just not good quality bags and not worth your money. They lost a good customer and Im sure many more have experienced this with them at this rate their whole business is going to go under because theyre ripping people off and I hope they do because good people, vegans, spend their hard earned money and good money on this poor quality merchandise.

Explicitly told the employee I wanted to buy the bag to see if it fits and return if it didn't. Was assured that was no problem. Then a very unprofessional woman wouldn't do the return because of store policy. The way she spoke to me was totally horrible. She was a manager. She shouldn't be in customer service she should probably crawl to a bottom of a hole where she never has to interact with anyone but her own horrible self.
