Extremely poor workmanship, shoddy construction and very low quality of construction materials. We bought our new house in Summerlea Binbrook from this builder, closed in Aug 2021. It has been a nightmare dealing with their after sales service management which is always seeking to cut corners and shirk responsibility for their inadequacies in construction and poor material quality. I do NOT recommend this builder, whose prime business objective is to maximize profits and most conveniently minimize product and after sales service quality, no matter what it takes. Given the option, I would give them a minus 5 star! Extremely arrogant and conceited management.

The staffs were very professional and willingly ready to help you find the solution to your concerns. They will even go out of their way to follow-up with you to ensure that you are satisfied. Very nice staffs, like Diana Delory, Emily Dawson, Raj Ahluwalia, Elizabeth Heike just to name a few were all great people to work with. They will make you feel like you are in charge and they are there to give you a smooth ride, with professional guidance in your purchasing process. Service: Home building
