Ensurco Insurance

beware of this company. Had a service here around 4 years. First year was ok with price and services. But after my rates started to rise. Any tickets, any location changes etc. I asked my broker to do something with this otherwise i`ll change the company. Newer called me back. I just called him with some frequency during this years - no results. I`m understand that insurance won`t be cheap. But when you doublecheck couple times with another companies and you have a difference in 100 cad - its reasonable to ask your broker to do something. My patience broke out in November and i was talking to broker about termination of my relations with Ensurco... He said he will make some changes and two last payments will be taken in November and December as my insurance contract expires in February 1 I got a deal with another company from February 1. But was extremely surprised when Ensurco charged me in Jenuary... I called to that guy. But he said that all my explanations its just my unreasonable disturbance and just my words because there are no proofs. After he said it was my misunderstanding and contract will be expired from February 28. And asked me to sign cancelation form and send it him... I sent it same day I also called to my new company with my apologies and ask to cancel new contract and started it from March 1 2022... AND ITS BINGO!!! Ensurco charged me today again.

Worst customer service on the face of the planet. Would not sign a policy here ever again or recommend this place to my worst enemy.
