I had work with TOBI KITCHEN this year in my renovation of my kitchen. After some competitive quotation I have decided to go with TOBI. I could not be more happy of my decision, and I am glad TOBI KITCHEN did my kitchen. Their professionalism and style and dedication is very admirable. Poor quality and workmanship. Paying others to fix the problems now. I chose this company because they were the cheapest I could find at the Home show. I thought of going with Ikea but preferred a custom look so decided to go with Tobi. Looking back now, Ikea would have been better. The problems created are unbelievable. I asked for higher kitchen cabinets, and in doing so, they left gaps between the bottoms of the upper cabinets and the backsplash. They took out the hood vent fan so none exists anymore. The doors are already crooked, very poor workmanship. I have to hire someone new to fix all of these things, and it has been less than 10 months since the reno was done. Annie cannot speak English properly, and her brother and husband are the ones who do the installation. They are kind, but their English is even worse. Communication is terrible. Annie calls and texts all of a sudden to say that the installation is on the way, without giving even a day's notice. These people are the most unprofessional I have ever seen. I have done kitchen renos in all of my last 4 houses and TOBI is by far the worst ever. Buyer beware!!!

I would highly recommend Tobi Kitchens. They were timely, organized and was able to create and install our dream kitchen in a very tight deadline. Customer service before and after has been amazing. Friendly, fast and efficient service. Thank you for a beautiful kitchen and making my vision come to life!!
