I was referred by a close friend of mine the wonderful experience she had working with Marielisa. Though it was a long process from beginning to finish, both Heidy and Marielisa were always very understanding and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I had some not so great experiences with other renovation companies, so initially I was very nervous and anxious. Marielisa assured me that we will come up with a design that we envisioned and to trust her ability to make it come true. There was constant communication going both ways throughout the entire time. I feel like I hit the jackpot this time! The final product was beyond my imagination. Pedro, the cabinet installation specialist they work with, is such a perfectionist. Even when I tried to nitpick, I couldn't find one single thing I do not like. I cannot ask for a better company to redesign and install my kitchen. Their post renovation customer service is also top notch! This is a company that truly cares about their clients, even after the renovation is done. We had a relatively small kitchen and Heidy was able to come up with a very unique & creative solution to maximize space and give us everything we were looking for in our new kitchen. Heidy was extremely helpful & insightful as we worked our way through the cabinetry selection process. All of our follow-up questions or concerns upon receipt of the cabinets and installation were quickly and fully addressed to our satisfaction.
