        We used this company to install all of the trim work in our custom home. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a negative one. Different crews were sent each time to the home to perform work. Communication was an issue since the majority of the workers do not speak English. What I really did not appreciate was the customer service after installation. I asked multiple times for the owner to return to fix some issues that arose and although he said he would return, after several emails and messages there has been zero response. He has completely ignored me. This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The after service care is just as important as the installation. I would not recommend them for this reason.
