Exceptional customer service, no hesitation from Zio Ciro Canada to store my oven at their warehouse until the weather improves for me to do the trailer install. Highly recommended. YouTube videos to see complete oven builds from factory in Sardinia to aid purchasing decision

        I bought a mini pizza oven .Nick was very helpful loading it .Ran into a bit of an issue when the box said natural gas I needed propane.Jim communicated well and found what I needed to convert from gas to propane.The zio manual is very comprehensive and I was able to take the burner apart .Now just waiting for the new nozzle and I should be good to go.Would recommend without reservations. Harold
