He kept us updated throughout the process and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The survey by the team was very thorough and complete and final documentation professionally and accurately laid out. My neighbour is applying for a building permit which required a property survey. They hired Guido Papa Surveying. For some reason they had to access my property. In doing so they destroyed my flower garden. I contacted the company to advise them of the situation and sent them pictures of the damage. They replied, stating the surveyors rights. They did not accept the responsibility of the damage nor did I receive an apology. After a phone call and several emails, I was offered $20 for the damaged plants. Total insult. Think twice before hiring them. They have no moral cumpass.
