At the hearing, he professionally explained the situation of why the eviction must take place to the adjudicator and was successful in winning my case. I had the tenant evicted within weeks. Working with David and his team to evict a very unreasonable tenant was the best experience I could have hoped for. Of course every move you make, they asks for more $$$ but quality of work and acition is waaaay TOO SLOW. Not worth it
