Youre associate Amelia was absolutely wonderful. She helped me get 3 bras for myself, and 3 bras for my mother in law. She even got us the matching panties without us having to navigate the shelves. She made us feel so comfortable in the fitting rooms, and made sure the bras were a perfect fit. Could not have asked for a better experience with an associate.

I do not go out of the way to write bad reviews on the service, but the customer service is loathsome. I was working with "co-manager" - Virginia(if I remember correctly)to just return an online order. Both the online retail and the invoice provided with the package stated "Bring this original invoice and original payment for refund" in which we had both. But Virginia explained how she was unable to help us due to the fact the original invoiced mailed with the product was incorrect and did not have the correct information, in which I need the original email to complete the refund. Unfortunately email was deleted. But rather than attempting to help or offering a solution, she just told us to call head office and complain in a dismissive tone. Stay far away from the store. Worst customer service ever! I have never experienced such unwillingness to help at a retail store....

I just wanted to do a return and I found the manager to be unnecessarily rude. They complained about Fairview mall and said since I bought my items there I have to go there because according to the manager Fairview messed up my purchase. Which doesnt make any sense to me. If it was a systematic error, I would understand. But the way the manager was saying Fairview messed up, go to them felt like the staff at La Senza and the system is incompetent. She could have said it was a systematic issue and I would have no problem but the way she said its there problem/go to them made me feel like their manager is incompetent for not being able to deal with their errors. I wasted my time and if the manager was nicer about the situation I probably would not be writing this review but I am. Really unhappy with this experience and I no longer will be purchasing from La Senza if this is how they speak to customers. Im going to go to fairview to do my return, but Im very unhappy with how this situation was handled and the way she spoke to me.
