This is an awful experience with them! I had a online package from SHOPPERS! and I have no idea why they are working with this company!! They were just sending me notification for 2 days that they couldn't deliver my package as I wasn't available, while I was home all the time and no missed call on my phone! On the third day when I talked to their customer service, they were so rude! and just said "it will come tomorrow, bye now"!! like literally SHUT up! I will not buy online from shoppers anymore. Big companies like SHOPPERS shouldn't don't play with their names and credits with companies like this.

Amazing service all around! I called to ask some question and they were very kind and helpful. They have great communication and updates on your delivery via phone and email. And then they arrive, they had a smile and were very helpful and most importantly quiet and quick! I would definitely recommend!
