Fibertec Fiberglass Windows & Doors

When I wanted new windows for my entire house (2 bay windows and 7 others) I decided to go with Fibertec because I wanted a solution that didn't involve vinyl. I'm happy to say that The installation went well. The house has been noticeably warmer with a consistent temperature on both floors since the new windows were put in. I had many questions before the process, as I waited, and after and the people there were courteous and respectful to deal with.

I am delighted with Fibertec's service and windows quality. Other than this, their sales representative was really helpful and assist me completely to select the best design for my house. I would say I am glad to purchase from them, and I hoping to buy some fiberglass doors as well to replace my current doors.

Fibertec delivered and installed the windows and patio doors of my new place. The frames, glass, and overall design were all excellent. Roy helped with the selection process and addressed any questions and concerns I had. The installers also did their job well. After having the windows & doors for a few months, I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend others for fiberglass patio doors and, most importantly - fiberglass energy-efficient windows as it's made of expensive material not like vinyl low material.

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent support provided and impressed with the quick delivery to my home. The sales representative and service team were both highly professional, and I am very happy with my experience overall.

Roy was amazing at helping me figure out the appropriate windows for my place. He was also transparent about how I could save money on my order. He was quick with the quote. He excels at communication: prompt, thorough, and patient. When I had to change my order, he was diligent in helping me move through that process. He was also clear about the implications of my window delivery time. The windows arrived when he said they would. The windows are beautiful and good quality.
