    I ordered 4 cold therapy roll on bottles and didnt open the first one for about 2 months because I was using up an old one and it smelled not right to me, a bit off, so I emailed Vitality Depot to see what they could do for me and Maria said she would get back to me after she looked into it and she did, very quickly and she gave me instructions for the return and a truck picked the package up at my door, no charges for me, which was wonderful! Maria sent me 4 new ones even before she got my return back, they were in the mail!! They arrived and all smelled fresh and I am VERY grateful for their wonderful customer service, keep up the good work! I will be ordering from you again!!!

    Purchased a replacement charger battery and cable for the StimTec Neo. I reached out because it was defective and did not charge the battery. Took two weeks from their in-house testing where they told me the reason might be because its the wrong version(Its a generic charger for BL-6F Nokia battery), But they wanted to investigate the Neo device instead, which has nothing to do with the external battery charger. Then I was told the led on the charger is not supposed to be lit. I ended up ordering another charger elsewhere then showed them how a non defective item works and how the led should be lit. I do not know why they make it so difficult to exchange a defective item and why their support is so incompetent. Some people are in pain and waiting to use their devices for relief. Will be the last time Im ordering from them. I do want to mention that Maria did a good job at responding quickly to my emails. Response to owner: There is really no excuse, I ordered a replacement usb cable and wall adapter. It doesnt matter what version of Neo I own because Im charging the battery externally with The wall charger. Its a basic usb cable with barrel connector and a usb wall adapter. I have also provided photos, version number of the Neo, chargers and all components to your support team even though it was a waste of time. Its like purchasing a defective usb battery wall charger for rechargeable AA batteries, but the company decides to waste time Investigating what version and model the TV remote is. All your company had to do was exchange/replace the defective usb cable/wall charger which was within your policy. Its a $13.95 item, thats why I ended up buying another set elsewhere. I do not expect your company to honor your policy. This review is just to share the experience Ive had with other shoppers. Take care and good Luck everyone!

    I bought a heating pad from Vitality Depot and had issues with it fairly soon after. They quickly got back to me with the procedure required to submit a claim to get a replacement. I had my new heating pad within two days. The replacement quit working with two months and again their Customer Service department was quick to respond and quick to get me a replacement. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated and I will continue to do business with them.
