I have been dealing with Magnetec for the last 23 years. As a Foot Specialist, I have bought several Swiss Dolorclast Shock Wave units and several Gpulse units over the years. Excellent customer service, and Serge, the owner, takes his time explaining the working and technical details in such an easy way that it sticks! Honesty, a rare quality these days, you get it here: he is a real gem and a gentleman. Amazing customer service each and every time. You cant go wrong with this co. Thank you Serge. Here is the latest news: he has just acquired the latest Swiss Dolorclast technologically advanced units to date, the best shockwave units in class! Just saw one. I am impressed! I will be coming to get one soon!

I've had a wonderful experience working with Megne-Tec. They've provided very professional training on the machines and how to market your service. I purchased an Erchonia laser from Serge at Magne-Tec. A year later I purchased the stand and flex arm. Serge always had a quick response time, good clear communication about the product and the price, and he provided good prompt service. Pricing and shipping was always very fair. I'm pleased with the Erchonia products, and the service from Magne-Tec.
