Took 5 days to ship the order. The product ordered was far to big and they would not accept a return or even an exchange! I strongly recommend dealing with an alternative seller.

I have ordered from Age Comfort many times over the past 1 1/2 years. I have found their service to be very good for incontinence supplies. My order always arrives promptly and accurately. I recommend Age Comfort for incontinence supplies.

Customer service needs an overhaul. They do not return voicemails or emails. No point in trying to purchase anything you need assistance with.

My mother just got released from the hospital and the item (walker) I ordered wasnt sent. Instead they sent a walker seat. Shes had bilateral knee surgery and cannot walk at all. She has no one at home to help her. I called, no answer, left a message. Emailed, got a response saying they will take a few days to get back to me. Now I have to go buy a new walker while I return this wrong item. Go to shoppers home health. DO NOT buy anything from them. Especially if its mobility related.

I just placed an important Order, a moment ago [this section of my review was written several weeks ago...] The preliminary communications - by email - were quite satisfactory, helpful, promising. If they deliver - literally and metaphorically speaking -, in the same way they handled my exploratory efforts, I will maintain those 5 stars, and add some more details substantiating same. Otherwise, this will be revised... (In any event, I will update this review, in due time.) ---------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE : the aforesaid preliminary communications were grossly DECEPTIVE, to say the least. When you want something serious - for instance, a bed -, they are pretending to already have the item in their inventory. But, they do not. So, they make you purchase and pay for a costly - and urgently needed - product, which simply does not exist ! Which will be built afterwards. And not only they don't disclose to you this essential information, but on the contrary, they insidiously give you the illusion that the bed will be shipped as soon as you purchase it and pay for it. They even indicate a delivery delay, which cannot be true, because they do not control it. It depends on the manufacturer, who will start building the item, God knows when. In the meantime, your loved one, who desperately needs the bed, has to wait... Depending on how ill they are, chances are that the bed will arrive, but after they pass away... It is absurd. It is ridiculous. Nobody cares about the elderly, nobody, while a lot of people just want to take advantage of their weakness and vulnerability. It's a total shame. P.S. they also sold me and made me pay for a mattress, only to tell me, afterwards, that it is "discontinued". They said to me - by email - that they will cancel it, and refund the money, in a few days. This was a few ago... And I am still waiting for that refund...
